主，你的話語從來不稀少，你的啟示一再臨到我們，我們感謝你，我們敬拜你。主，求你幫助我們，我們需要你，我們在每一面都需要你！

Lord, we thank You that Your word has never been rare among us; rather, Your revelation has come to us again and again. We worship You.

經節：

凡較力爭勝的，諸事都有節制；他們不過是要得能壞的華冠，我們卻是要得不能壞的華冠。(林前9:25)

Everyone who contends exercises self-control in all things; they may receive a corruptible crown, but we, an incorruptible.(1Cor.9:25)
